Stephen founded NOCD after feeling frustrated with a lack of treatment resources and support during his own OCD recovery. In his spare time, he enjoys running hill sprints, listening to audiobooks, and eating breakfast no matter the time of day.

Before joining 7wire Ventures, he served as Managing Director of Stratus Ventures and KB Partners where he led investments in early-stage healthcare and technology companies.

Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA and Director of the UCLA OCD Intensive Treatment Program since 2006, Dr. Feusner is an internationally recognized researcher and clinician for OCD and related disorders.

John has cross-functional sales experience in his 16-year healthcare career from selling transplant insurance, disease management, wellness, behavioral, mental and specialty health solutions to health plans, employer groups, and ACOs. He is on two non-profit boards—Mission Haiti and MN Alliance with Youth—and enjoys being with family and friends near some type of water.

Stephanie is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training and extensive experience in treating OCD and related disorders. She uses exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive-behavioral therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapies.

Anil works with members directly to understand the services that NOCD offers and what is best for their needs. Before NOCD, he spent the greater part of his career in operations work at Hulu. He likes to spend his evenings with family. Hi Mom!

Ilyas manages all of our marketing campaigns, and works closely with our development and data science teams to apply their insights. Previously, he was a data scientist at Neural Analytics and researched statistical genetics at Duke University. He enjoys trying to remember the names of songs that are stuck in his head, and attempting to win at fantasy football.

He is President of OCD Midwest, President of Anxiety Centers of Illinois, Scientific Advisor at IOCDF, and author of The OCD Answer Book.

Dr. Van Noppen is Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Assistant Chair of Education, and Co-Director of the OCD Treatment and Research Program at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She is internationally known for developing Multifamily Behavioral Treatment (MFBT).
