I'm here to teach you how to overcome OCD and support you every step of the way. I'll help you break down ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) into small pieces that feel manageable, and I will cheerlead for you as you practice. During setbacks, I'll be there to help pick you back up. Doing ERP homework will be necessary for you to get better. My primary specializations are behavior therapy and parent training. The diagnoses I treat most often include ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder.
