I became a therapist to help people understand themselves better and use that insight to heal and grow. As an OCD specialist, I strive to break the stigma surrounding the condition and support individuals in regaining their power through exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. My greatest joy is helping people find freedom from fear and build lasting confidence, resilience, and self-trust. I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism, with a strong commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces for neurodivergent individuals.
