My approach to treating OCD is collaborative, compassionate, and structured. I'll help you understand the OCD cycle, and gradually face feared situations while resisting compulsions. We’ll move at a pace that challenges you but respects where you are—and I’ll be with you every step of the way. You'll be supported, respected, and empowered as you lean into discomfort and reclaim your life. Just showing up is a powerful first step. In addition to OCD, I focus on anxiety disorders, trauma, attachment styles, relationships, and grief and change.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
One of the main reasons I feel so drawn to treating OCD is because I've seen it up close. My sister has OCD, and when we were young, I saw how misunderstood it could be—even by professionals—and how long it took her to get help. People often focus on the behaviors without understanding the fear, shame, and mental exhaustion underneath.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I face moments of uncertainty, change, and vulnerability just like anyone else. Those experiences taught me the importance of being met with patience, compassion, and honesty—not judgment or quick fixes. I try to bring that same grounded presence into my work as a therapist.
My goals as your therapist
I want to help you see yourself as strong, capable, and resilient. I want you to feel like you're in the driver's seat of your own life, to have a sense of humor and compassion for yourself, and to show yourself the kindness that you deserve, even on anxious days.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
Behind every struggle is a person who deserves to be heard, supported, and seen for who they truly are. My first priority is creating a safe space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I know that opening up about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can feel incredibly vulnerable. You won't be met with judgment here—only curiosity, compassion, and respect. OCD can bring up some really taboo thoughts and subjects, but I've heard it all.
