I became a therapist to help those who want to heal but don’t know where to begin, because I’ve been there myself. My approach to OCD therapy is direct, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. In our sessions, you'll make progress as you take courageous steps to reclaim your life and find freedom. I like to see people become who they were always meant to be. My specialties include spirituality (with a focus on Christian counseling), ADHD, autism, self-harm, and trauma. I often work with children, teens, and families.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I've been directly impacted by OCD. I've also seen its consequences play out in the lives of others. This familiarity gives me a deep empathy for those struggling with the condition.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I think providing a safe environment is so important in therapy. Therapy is about being able to bring all of ourselves, and people need to feel safe in order to do that. My Members tell me that I make them feel accepted, understood, and like they're not being judged.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's common to feel hesitant or unsure about trying new things. Know that you're going to be supported every single step of the way as we try this evidence-based therapy for OCD. I think that what sets us apart at NOCD is the support that we provide our Members, as well as the in-depth training that every single one of our therapists has to complete.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
The most rewarding part about working with people with OCD is seeing them overcome things that they never thought possible. I love seeing my Members feel empowered. What inspires me is knowing that it's possible for people to get well. ERP is an evidence-based therapy that often delivers life-changing results.
