I know that OCD is often misunderstood or misdiagnosed, and I strive to be the kind of therapist who truly gets it—maybe even the last one you'll need. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and customized to your unique experiences. My work is rooted in building genuine, trusting relationships where Members feel safe, heard, and empowered. This is a supportive environment where you can face your fears at your own pace, without judgment, and with trust in the process. I also support individuals navigating trauma and those from diverse and minority backgrounds.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I've seen people who are close to me suffering from OCD. It really helped me understand that every person has a unique journey and experience with OCD. I always tailor my approach according to a Member's unique experiences.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I provide a non-judgmental space, not only when it comes to your experience with intrusive thoughts, but also your motivation and readiness for therapy. I'm here to provide a safe space and help you work through any challenges you might be facing. As a multicultural therapist, I have a unique approach to connecting with Members, understanding how each person's values, experiences, cultural background, and life areas have impacted them.
My message to you if they're considering therapy
Starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can feel like a big step, especially if OCD has made you question your thoughts and fears for a long time. But even though OCD might have taken a big part of your life, you remain powerful. The fact that you are seeking treatment means a huge deal because it shows that you want to make a change. This is a space for you to be real, to be heard, and to try something new.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
Witnessing people's growth and seeing them make fundamental changes. A lot of the time, people who have OCD might have been misdiagnosed, and providing them with the correct tools to improve their life and their condition is incredibly rewarding.
