My approach to OCD treatment is gentle, clear, and person-centered. It's my priority to create an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental. In our sessions, I'll make sure you feel heard and respected. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) will give you the tools and support to live with your OCD. You will be exposed to discomfort and taught to practice healthy ways to tolerate that discomfort. I'll be here to support you through the process. Beyond OCD, I've treated professionals in the entertainment industry and facilitated a group called Psychology of Money.
