My approach to treating OCD is supportive and firm. It's important to feel safe in therapy, so you can do the hard work required. It's also important to understand that this can be hard work—but, we can do hard things. I'm here to support you. Wherever your starting place is, I will meet you there. I'll build rapport with you, learn your values, and remind you where you want to make positive changes. You'll be in the driver’s seat during each new step forward. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and adolescents.
