My approach to treating OCD is grounded in empathy, evidence-based strategies, and building a strong, supportive relationship with my Members. I combine proven techniques like exposure and response prevention (ERP) with a calm, personable, and flexible style. I’m fun-loving and down-to-earth, which means we can do meaningful work together without it feeling cold or clinical. Many of my Members have called my style “tough love,” because I hold them accountable through compassion. In addition to OCD, I work with adults experiencing grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.
