As an OCD therapist, I start with the individual, not the diagnosis. I believe people are greater than the sum of their parts — OCD is only part of your story. I'll take time to learn about you as a unique individual before exploring your mental health journey. Then we'll collaborate to design treatment interventions that address your specific OCD symptoms. You'll never be alone in the therapeutic process. In spite of the struggles, there are strengths. There is hope. My focus areas include depression, anxiety, and substance use disorder.
