My approach to treating OCD is structured, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in holistic healing. I don’t think wellness is one-size-fits-all. In addition to practicing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I look at the full picture—sleep, diet, movement, nervous system regulation—elements that can support or worsen OCD symptoms. This makes treatment personalized and sustainable. Beyond OCD therapy, I feel especially connected to working with anxiety and ADHD. I’ve had my own lived experience with both, which helps me bring a deeper level of empathy and understanding to my work.
