As your OCD therapist, I will take you seriously. I'll provide you with a safe environment where you can explore your obsessions and compulsions, while developing ways to reduce or eliminate your safety behaviors. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) reduces compulsive behaviors, anxiety, and the frequency and intensity of urges. The most gratifying part of my job is helping members accomplish their goals. In addition to providing OCD treatment, I assist individuals with life transitions, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, anger management, self-harm, family conflict, relationship issues, and sexual orientation.
