I became a therapist because I want to help others rebuild their strength, purpose, and resilience. I specialize in OCD because I watched a friend struggle with health-related OCD for years. I want to give others the opportunity to reclaim their lives much earlier with tools, techniques, and reminders to stay symptom-free. In our sessions, I will provide a completely open, safe, and non-judgmental space to share all of your thoughts. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, conditions I and my loved ones have experienced.
