I have a family member who struggles with OCD, and I'm moved by how OCD can shrink a person's energy. As an OCD therapist, I'm a supportive coach. I'm non-judgmental and will meet you where you are. I'm not here to judge or hurt you; I'm here to help. I believe practice builds competence, and competence builds confidence. We'll take things one step at a time to help you get better and stay better. My other areas of focus include PTSD, depression, anxiety, domestic/intimate partner violence, incarceration, and homelessness.
