I became a therapist because of my interest in what has made me, and humans in general, do the things we do and how we have become the way we are. As an OCD therapist, I am curious, compassionate, and direct. The most gratifying part of my job is being trusted with the intimate, often painful, self-thoughts of another person. They all emanate from similar, but problematic, core beliefs. In addition to OCD therapy, my areas of professional focus include depression, anxiety, men's issues, trauma, and couples.
