OCD therapy can be difficult, but I personally know that it's helpful and is worth it. You are not alone, overreacting, crazy, inferior, or weak. As an OCD therapist, I practice empathy, education, and patience. In our sessions, I will use evidence-based practices and assign homework to help you gradually confront your obsessions without giving into compulsive behaviors in a way that is safe. To successfully overcome OCD, you must confront the storm instead of trying to run away from it. I also have experience treating general anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
