We’ll work together using evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Be prepared to commit to regular sessions and therapeutic exercises. Progress can take time, but you can achieve meaningful improvements. I have extensive experience in trauma-informed counseling, relational psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and play therapy.
