I know how scary and unsafe therapy can feel. This is always a safe place for you to be exactly who you are. I create a casual, warm, and nonjudgmental space where people can be completely honest about their experiences. I will work side by side with you on your path; you are never alone. To treat OCD, I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) because it's highly effective — a plan that has worked, time and time again, to help individuals just like you. I also specialize in treating anxiety and depression.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I'll let you know that you're not going to be judged, and that there's nothing you could say that would scare me away. You get to be yourself here and be accepted. I never expect anybody to be anything other than they are, and I try to create that safe space very early on. I can confidently say that my Members feel comfortable and able to be as vulnerable as they need to be.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want you to see that OCD is not your identity. It's just part of how your brain has learned how to cope with life. You are strong and capable, and feeling better is possible.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
I know how OCD can break almost every part of your life and how unmanageable it can feel, but there is a way to address it. We have a highly effective treatment. I can see with my own eyes that exposure and response prevention (ERP) is effective.
What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me
My Members have said that they feel like I'm a friend. I try to embrace that and remind them that I am just another person with my own struggles, my own conflicts, and my own fears. I think that my willingness to treat them like I would treat anybody in my life means a lot to them.
