This is a different kind of therapy — it's structured and focused on helping you work through your fears. You won't be alone in this process, and my role in our time together is to support and help guide you. You'll re-teach your brain that you're actually safe when experiencing your fears, and that you can sit through discomfort and anxiety. You'll be able to live your life the way you want, instead of OCD ruling your life. I also have experience treating anxiety and depression and working with children and adolescents.
