My family has been affected by OCD, and I became a therapist because I wanted to understand them better. I served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps. As a counselor, I've worked with families and individuals from many different countries, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. I know that mental illness does not discriminate. In therapy, I create a non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe. I will meet you where you're at, but at times, I'll challenge you to break free of old, faulty thinking.
