My approach to OCD treatment is person-centered and informed by ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for members with OCD and related disorders, the kind of place that encourages connection and growth. I enjoy observing positive change and helping people rebuild their lives. My other areas of professional focus include anxiety disorders and depression.
