I'm here to support you as you learn how to talk back to OCD. I provide an approach to therapy that meets your needs and is holistic. We'll work together to find ways that ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and therapeutic tools can get you better faster. I'll take all your values, needs, and goals into account to create effective exposures. I want you to start living the ERP lifestyle as soon as possible. My other focus areas include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and adverse experiences, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, medical trauma, and attachment disorders.
