I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you’ll feel heard, understood, and empowered to confront your OCD symptoms and work toward recovery. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your comfort and well-being are always my top priorities. My personal connection to OCD and mental health

I have OCD, and for a long time, I believed I was just dealing with anxiety that I'd have to manage forever. When I finally learned it was OCD, everything started to shift. Getting the right treatment—and learning how to tolerate distress without giving in to compulsions—made a huge difference in my life. Now, I'm passionate about helping others do the same.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

There's no judgment here. I build rapport with Members by connecting through a shared understanding that intrusive thoughts are unwanted and distressing. I create a safe and supportive environment by meeting Members with empathy, validating their experiences, and encouraging open, honest conversations without fear of shame or criticism.

My message to you if you're scared to try ERP

ERP can feel uncomfortable, but you won't be doing it alone—I'll be right there with you, guiding you every step of the way. ERP will help you learn that you can live a life aligned with your values, not one controlled by OCD. You are capable, and this process will show you just how strong you really are.

What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me

Members often share that they feel safe with me because I'm warm, understanding, and genuinely invested in their progress. I take time to get to know you and create an open space where we can have real, honest conversations. While I offer empathy and support, I also gently encourage you to lean into discomfort—because that's how growth happens. We'll face it together, step by step.

Good experience

ERP has been life changing. But equally important - having a therapist that I know is on my side. Who sees my struggle and is committed to being the hand that’s going to pull me out of the depths. Is encouraging, compassionate, bold and determined to put OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, what have you, back in its place! Christina is all of those things and more and will forever have played a pivotal role in getting me back to living my life. Alongside my partner and our children we THANK YOU Christina!!! Our lives are forever changed for the better 🙏🏽

Good experience

Christina is an amazing OCD therapist. She’s pushing me to challenge myself in my exposure therapy. She’s encouraging, creative, and very responsive to what I’m saying. I’m soo glad I ended up with her as my therapist.
