I started my career working in a familiar community, with at-risk youth in families dealing with mental illness and substance use. The lack of resources and understanding about the impact of mental health on functioning inspired me. I want to help others improve their lives by working through the issues that hold them back from success.

OCD is a commonly misunderstood disorder that disrupts the life of the person it attaches to. This often leads to unsuccessful treatments, increased distress, and the development of depression and substance use. I'd like to be part of a community that understands and successfully treats OCD. That's in line with my life's work: To help others overcome the thing that holds them back.

Substance use disorders, trauma treatment, expressive therapy, and child and family therapy.

Although there may be some difficult times in therapy, you have the power to overcome them. I will support you. I will support you through your journey.
