I have always loved people. I have an empathetic, calm demeanor and am a good listener, so people always seem to seek me out when they're having personal issues. I love helping others and cheering them on to reach their goals.

I'm grateful to be skilled in an evidence-based treatment to help people with common issues like anxiety and depression. I think it's wonderful to have specific techniques that help people face their fears and give them tools to tackle intrusive thoughts.

I specialize in treating substance use disorder. I have experience working with couples, and working with children and adolescents has always been enjoyable and successful for me.
