Early experiences with a loved one's bipolar disorder and OCD, and my own struggles with anxiety, influenced me to become a therapist and help others overcome mental health challenges. I have expertise in treating anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, addiction, and grief. I've also been a psychotherapist for veterans with PTSD and related mood disorders.
