From a young age, I've had lived experience with OCD. As an OCD therapist, I'm well-rounded and collaborative. I'm here to teach you how to be an expert in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), but it's a process we'll do together. I take other conditions into account, which helps me treat you as a whole person. The hardest part was getting here, and I'm so glad you made it. Let the journey begin! My other areas of focus include childhood trauma, PTSD, youth/families, depression, anxiety, and personality/mood disorders.
