I take a holistic approach to treating OCD. I primarily utilize exposure response therapy and psychoeducation while addressing co-occurring issues. I look at individuals as real people with real problems who need a real, relatable person as a therapist. When I'm not doing therapy, I love dancing, playing board games, relaxing, exercising outside, traveling, cracking jokes, and eating delicious food.
