My approach to therapy is education-forward and highly collaborative. You'll know what you're dealing with and can become more and more able to manage symptoms yourself. I am warm and understanding, as I have gone through OCD treatment myself. Outside of work, I'm a big nerd, so I love playing video games and going to conventions. I've started playing D&D. I'm obsessed with my dog Kisa and live with my equally nerdy partner. I also enjoy kayaking and hiking on the weekends.

Grief support, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Grief touches all of our lives and it can be confusing and overwhelming to navigate. Anxiety and ADHD are often also misunderstood, and I wanted to bring more light and disprove myths.
It will feel overwhelming at first, but you will get it! You are always in control of what happens in the session.
You won't share anything that will shock me or cause me to judge or reject you. I encourage you to be honest about how sharing your thoughts makes you feel.
