I was raised by a social worker, and some of my earliest memories are of being at rallies, social justice movements, and community events. As I grew, I learned we have much more power over our experience of life than we typically recognize. In treating OCD, my hope is to help people reclaim their lives and find empowerment in that journey. In addition to OCD, my other areas of specialty include LGBTQIA+ work, trauma, and substance use. Remember: Courage is not the absence of fear; courage is not letting fear control your actions.

Toni was awesome in helping my 9 year old overcome OCD & anxiety. She taught him how to recognize his triggers & identify coping mechanisms. She was very kind with his meltdowns until we were able to get him to talk about his issues & thoughts. Sadly we had to switch to another therapist when we moved out of state. I would recommend her to anyone - I can thank her enough!

Toni Spera had helped our daughter and our family effectively navigate the impact OCD has had on our lives. Toni is incredibly competent, engaging, and consistently instills hope. There is no doubt this work is hard, but having Toni on this journey with us has made the difficult work manageable and of course worth it!
