As your therapist, you're letting me into your mind and your heart; it's important to me that you feel comfortable and seen. I take a direct and informative approach to treating OCD. Psychoeducation is ongoing, and I like to emphasize that being disciplined is an important part of success in therapy. I also focus on treating depression through behavioral activation, an intervention that helps improve mood by increasing behavior that aligns with your values. Additionally, I work with families and couples, helping people navigate conflict and establish interpersonal effectiveness.

Why our members love working with Chelsea

I have been doing ERP for my OCD for years, because as we know, ocd ebbs, flows and changes. Being a very self aware & logical person can be difficult with OCD because I know what I’m doing, I know why, I know it’s illogical, etc, but with with Chelsea I ALWAYS walk away with a new and enlightening perspective. She is so smart and so intuitive. She picks up on things I don’t even notice. I cannot recommend her enough.

Seriously, Chelsea is an AMAZING therapist. I faced a fear today at work of contamination and even made it through eating a cookie that someone gave to me off my unsanitized work desk. It was a HUGE deal for me. I went from almost being in tears down to a SUDS level 4! Like this is my first time getting that low with contamination stuff. So thank you Chelsea!

Chelsea has been so AMAZING to work with. Because of her help, I can finally do dishes without gloves and without dry heaving from how gross it makes me feel. She is helping me through learning and understanding that I cannot prevent harm coming to me or my family for the most part. Obviously some things are within our control, and most of it isn't. She has helped me with my relationship OCD, and just listens when things feel hard. I'm so glad I got paired with Chelsea. She is honestly a superhero if you ask me! I'm so grateful for this program helping me as much as it has so far!
