In OCD treatment, I tailor my approach toward individual experience, not just the disorder itself. People are not OCD, they have OCD. I'm always here to listen, even if you want to talk about how it’s difficult to share and if there's anything I can do to help. My best advice: Be forgiving of yourself! Improvements take time, mistakes teach lessons, and feeling discouraged is normal. I'm not here to judge, and I want you to feel comfortable talking to me about anything. I have also treated substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I've dealt with my own mental health struggles, and I have a lot of people in my life who have as well. I always wanted to help people, but I wasn't sure if therapy was the right path for me—until I started doing it. Once I got into psychology, I knew this was my passion.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I meet you where you're at and take it slow. Talking about OCD can be difficult—even thinking about it can be overwhelming. I've had many Members who feel extreme anxiety even writing things down. I give them time and space because I know how much fear it provokes. More than anything, I want to make sure you feel understood as a person beyond your diagnosis.
What I want to help you see in yourself
You don't have to face this alone. OCD can feel isolating because you've been dealing with your fears by yourself for so long. But in therapy, you're not alone in facing them anymore. One of the biggest breakthroughs is when someone realizes they can sit with discomfort, that they can do something they never thought possible. That's when things start to change.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
At first, ERP can feel overwhelming. But then I see people making real progress—leaving their house again, resisting compulsions, rebuilding relationships. I've seen people go from feeling like a burden to feeling like they can support others, without their own anxiety taking over. Seeing that shift is what makes this work so meaningful.
