Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
Pre-license number: ISW18797
Under the supervision of Kellie KintzI focus on helping my members learn to be OK with uncertainty. We can't be certain about most things in this life, and OCD often grabs onto the need for certainty. Through exposure response prevention, I'll work with you to understand your core fears and how to conquer them. I'll teach you to have a different relationship with your intrusive thoughts, so they no longer take over your life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I'd describe myself as a people person who loves to be around individuals who uplift each other. I also love to travel and see as much of the world as I can. A fun fact about me: I have a twin sister who is also a therapist.

Thank you for taking the first step toward healing. Although therapy can seem daunting, I promise you that it’s so worth the effort!
I have a desire to help those who are struggling. I'm a person who is filled with love and empathy, and I always knew I wanted to pursue a career helping others. In my own life, I've witnessed the impact therapy can have on individuals struggling with mental health. Ultimately, I understood the importance of this field, and my passion for mental health led me to pursue a career as a therapist.
In the mental health field, there is an emphasis on anxiety and depression and less on conditions like OCD. As I studied OCD and ERP, I came to realize that ERP is a special modality that can benefit many people struggling with OCD. Success with this treatment allows people to regain control over their lives. As an ERP therapist, I'm grateful to contribute to a person's healing journey.
In addition to OCD, I focus on anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I wanted to focus on these areas because anxiety and depression often co-occur with OCD and need to be addressed.
First, I'd like to thank you for taking the first step toward healing. Although therapy can seem daunting, I promise you that it’s so worth the effort! Be prepared to be vulnerable and discuss things that you may never have shared with anyone else. Therapy can be difficult, but once you start to see the progress you're making, you'll realize that starting NOCD Therapy was the best decision you could have made for yourself!
