I've done OCD therapy myself, and I'm happy to be aligned with the mission of helping others free themselves from the prison of OCD. As a therapist, my approach is direct and no-nonsense but inclusive of humor and care. We're trying to bring you back to your true self. OCD is the enemy and can be defeated. This will be challenging work, but it will be worth it. My other professional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life coaching, and Christian counseling.
