I have friends and family who suffer from OCD, and I've seen firsthand how debilitating it can be. I have immense empathy for the courage it takes to open up to a therapist. Beyond OCD, I focus on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, LGBTQIA+-related issues, perfectionism, and life transitions. I'm passionate about decreasing the stigma surrounding mental illness.
