I'm also a huge fan of Star Wars (the original trilogy; the new stuff, not so much). I'm also a huge tech guy—I love video games, historical documentaries, and puppies!

I have a strong desire to help others live their best lives. I have a real affinity for anxiety disorders, because I know how badly anxiety can impact a person.

I focus on generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. These tend to be the most common issues for people seeking mental health treatment. My desire to help others led me to get trained in managing these disorders.
