I didn't understand at age 5 why I needed to erase my letters on the paper until they were just right; age 12, staying up for hours trying to replay every moment of the day in my head; age 16, driving in circles in fear I hit someone; at age 28, constantly confessing "false memories" to my husband in fear I may have cheated on him when I was drunk. These examples are a few of a billion obsessions that consumed my every moment. Living was always emotionally and physically exhausting, as the wheels never stopped spinning. "What if" became the beginning of every sentence that played through my head. At age 42, I decided to finally end the cycle and got the RIGHT help. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for my therapist, Jordann and NOCD. I am free. OCD no longer has control of me. My life is full of color and beauty. Any one reading this review, please feel relief. You have come to the right place for treatment.

I honestly don’t know where I would be if I haven’t found NOCD and my therapist Jordann Perez. I probably wouldn’t be on this earth. Through ERP I’m learning how to live again and love living again. Jordann has brought me away from the edge so many times I can’t thank her enough😭

ERP is very new to me but Jordann makes it seem a lot less scary. This session we talked through why I have flair ups and how to manage them. She is super caring and knowledgeable.
