I'll help you channel your own power over your intrusive thoughts. I'll collaborate on a treatment plan and maintain open communication in a trusting environment. ERP therapy can seem intimidating at first. But as we work together, you'll be surprised by what you're capable of. I also specialize in the treatment of addiction and substance use disorder and have worked with families and couples on improving their relationships.
