As your therapist, I will provide a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. I believe in using a collaborative approach and empowering you to change your life. You are in the driver’s seat, but I will support and guide you with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). You can succeed and be the best you can be. We will teach you the tools to meet your goals. I have worked with children and adolescents diagnosed with depression, oppositional defiance, autism, generalized anxiety disorders, and PTSD. I have also worked with adults diagnosed with depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

My message to you if you're struggling right now
Relationships, starting a club, going to a class—it's all a risk, right? Because you don't know what's going to happen, but there's a reason why you do it. It's the same with therapy. You take a risk, but there's a reason why you're doing it.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I'll figure out what you want your treatment to look like. If you've been in therapy before, I'll ask what has helped and what hasn't. Do you like your sessions more structured or casual? We'll set that agenda together and then follow through with it. We'll take it one session at a time, and I go into every session with an open approach.
What I want to help you see in yourself
That you can tolerate things better than you think you can.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
When people are able to put these skills into action—like they're actually facing their fears. For example, one of my Members was thinking of doing tutoring as a job. They were scared of doing it, but they did it anyway. I've also had someone with the fear of driving over a bridge who actually did that so they could go on vacation.
