About

As an OCD therapist, I am present, nonjudgmental, and willing to help members live a less stressful life. I love to give others a sense of hope and support. A fun fact about me: I was terrified of dogs into early adulthood. In my mid-twenties, I decided to get a dog to deal with my fear. We have been inseparable ever since.

Get to know Ke-Anna Myers

Therapy chose me. I initially wanted to become a physical therapist because I wanted to give others hope. I took psychology during my freshman year of college and realized that I could fulfill those dreams through mental health instead of physical health. It's my calling. I'm so happy this field chose me.

The OCD population is often overlooked and underdiagnosed. In today’s culture, people tend to say, 'Oh, you have OCD' very loosely. It has become a taboo topic that needs to be acknowledged and properly addressed.

I have previous experience as a crisis specialist and treating substance use disorder.

Our mission is to restore hope for people with OCD through better awareness and treatment.

This treatment will consist of both good and challenging times, but the mission is still the same. We are working toward embracing uncertainty. Understand this is a safe space to express your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions.

NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.

Ke-Anna has helped me understand my OCD and fight back. I am gaining my life back one day at a time and I look forward to seeing Ke-Anna each time. It helps when you can think of your therapist as a friend, too. She has helped me in my darkest times and taught me how to help myself.

I’m thankful that I discovered NOCD and that I was placed with a therapist like Ke-Anna. I came from a place of hopelessness… to seeing a light at the end of the tunnel…to submerged in light on the other side. Beyond grateful 🙏
