Toni’s attitude towards therapy is so inspiring and not a session goes by where we don’t end up having a laugh! Three months ago I started this telling myself it was a last resort because if this didn’t work then my fears about POCD would be real. I can definitively say the person I am today and the person I was three months ago are drastically different. I feel incredibly comfortable and in great hands during sessions. Toni always has a creative way of coming up with fun new exposures to torture me with and I’m always up for the challenge 😆! Jokes aside, I cannot recommend her enough she is an absolute star!
