She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LMFT
I have loved ones who have struggled with OCD, and I know how limiting and disruptive it can be in a person's life. I also know it's possible to get better. In therapy, I will pay close attention to your concerns and together we will create a customized treatment plan to meet your stated goals. When I'm not working, I enjoy visiting beach towns and national parks. Observing nature is a great way to unwind!

Your journey toward living life to the fullest is just beginning. You have taken the first, most difficult step on this courageous journey.
I became a therapist to help alleviate suffering, to contribute to wellness within my community. I enjoy helping people move forward. It’s gratifying to help someone explore their potential, tap into or revisit their sense of purpose from a varied perspective that acknowledges their journey and tenacity.
Observing how individuals within my family have struggled with OCD has made me aware of the disorder's debilitating effects. OCD is limiting, it's disruptive, it causes individuals to disconnect from family, friends and social gatherings, and personal and professional pursuits. I understand the emotional pain, the sense of overwhelm, resulting in a limited ability to connect with others or realize opportunities for growth. As a result, I have chosen to focus on assisting people in the NOCD community.
I have worked as a therapist at an acute psychiatric facility and an intensive outpatient center, primarily managing risk associated with suicidality. I have also worked with BetterHelp and Open Path Collective clients. In all of these settings, I have focused on treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship/family system issues, and aging and life-transition concerns. I've used therapeutic approaches connected to CBT, DBT, somatic and mindfulness practices.

Please know that we will work together in a confidential, judgment-free zone. I want to understand your concerns as well as help you realize your goals. The sooner we can work together with transparency, the better I will be able to navigate your experience, and the better our ERP work will be. Just remember, I am here to support you!
