Caron is grounded, kind, non-judgmental, can laugh with you, and is overall a wonderful therapist. She creates a warm and comfortable environment. I am very grateful for her!

My therapist was very helpful in redirecting my extreme emotions about a very triggering situation into an ERP exercise. She helped me put the distress to work instead of letting me just spiral (my natural instinct). She always calm, supportive but focused on making progress. I appreciate her very much.

After only 2 sessions it's too early for me to tell if she's the right therapist. I'll know after my 4th or 5th session I suppose.

I had one session during which I really connected with my therapist. I liked the way she explained things and was actually excited about starting therapy. Unfortunately less than 24 hours later I received an email saying that my insurance was in-network for the the company but the therapist wasn’t authorized for my exact insurance type (or something to that effect). I was informed that all future appointments were cancelled and I would not be charged for the previous intake appointment. Well lo and behold this morning i woke up to a full price, private pay invoiced session on my portal. Needless to say, I liked the therapy, not so much the billing.
