She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LMHC
As an OCD therapist, I use person-centered approaches, empathy, acceptance, and kindness to build rapport with the people I support. I love supporting others in making huge changes in their lives and being one of their biggest cheerleaders in success. Outside of work, I'm a pretty big foodie. I love to try new things, even if I know there's a probability I won't like it. My current favorite food is ramen. I recently adopted a dog named Dakota, who loves all people—and loves to get all the treats he can.

OCD therapy is empowering. It helps you take control of your own treatment and collaborate with your therapist to create a plan individualized to you. It does take effort, but it is worth it. Therapy can help you regain control of your life.
When I was younger, I always wanted to help and be there for others as much as I could. Unfortunately, during my time in college, a friend of mine was struggling with severe mental health issues and died by suicide. This was the driving force that led me to become a therapist. I want to help people who are struggling. I love supporting others in making huge changes in their lives and being one of their biggest cheerleaders in success.
Through the people I was working with, I saw the impact OCD can have on people’s lives. A friend of mine also told me what living with OCD is like, and that she had gotten better with the use of ERP.
Depression, ADHD, and anxiety disorders. I wanted to focus on these areas because they're common disorders that plague people from day to day. It's extremely rewarding to help people thrive. I've worked in hospital settings, as a vocational counselor, and I've done group and individual therapy.
ERP is a positive step towards gaining more freedom in your life, but it will be challenging. Putting in the work and being consistent is key to your success. I will be here with you every step of the way, doing ERP together in video sessions and messaging if you're in need of a little extra support. NOCD also offers member advocates, an app, and a community of other people who suffer with OCD to connect with. You are not alone.
Talk to me about it! It's my job as a therapist to help you process that and gain insight. It's normal to be scared, but talking about it can be a freeing experience. I will never judge you based on the contents of your thoughts.
NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
