Get to know Carrie Hobaugh

I wanted to become a therapist because I enjoy helping people figure out how to live a happier life.

I've seen how debilitating and uncomfortable OCD can be. Exposure and response prevention is a wonderful treatment. I want to be able to help those with OCD feel better.

I work with people who are suffering from trauma and are having symptoms of PTSD. I also specialize in working with those who are experiencing burnout at their workplace. I found these topics fascinating; they create real difficulty for those who are experiencing them. I wanted to know how to help.

NOCD knows how to help you. More importantly, they know how to show you how to help yourself move forward.

There is nothing you need to worry about telling me. More than likely, I've heard it before from others. You aren't the only one with these thoughts that are scary and uncomfortable. I can best help you if I know what you’re thinking.

NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.

Carrie was so warm and kind, and helped me feel heard. The way she explained ERP and "sitting with the anxiety" finally made things start to click for me
