Why our members love working with Vic
L.M.
Vic is an attentive and kind therapist, with years worth of experience. I feel like I’ve gone far in my ERP journey because of him. So grateful to have Vic as my provider!
R.O.
Vic is very helpful and a patient listener. I like how he stays focused with his questions and is concerned for my well being.
S.E.
There are not enough positive words to say about Vic. He met us at our lowest, the time we thought there would never be a light at the end of the tunnel. Vic worked with my daughter in a way no one else ever could. He has been so kind, attentive, and yet stern on the process that the light at the end is coming through. I cannot thank Vic enough for everything he has done for our family in navigating my daughter through this journey. I highly recommend him to anyone !!!
J.K.
Vic is great. He brings a lot to the table in experience, compassion and suggestions. I always feel like he's really listening to me. We've only been working together a short time, but he had already helped me move some of my needles enough that things are improving a lot.
C.B.
Not only is Vic highly intelligent and well trained and experienced in his field, he is so compassionate and understanding, which is so appreciated.

Vic is always positive, encouraging and stays on top of my OCD concerns. He follows up with questions about strategies that I am using to lessen the OCD. He challenges me as well by asking pertinent questions about my OCD and ensures that I am following up on my plans. Great session!

I’ve made more progress in overcoming my mental health issues with Vic than I have with anyone else I’ve ever worked with. I never understood how important it is to utilize a different treatment approach when tackling OCD. I’m so grateful God put NOCD and Vic in my path!

Vic is very good at providing strategies to help cope with OCD
R.O.
Learning strategies that are reducing some stress and learning that OCD tries to steal what you love. That is very frustrating and sad. However, it is possible to work through it with ERP practice and support from Vic and good friends.
R.O.
Progressing and working at using ERP more consistently.

Making progress day to day. Vic is great and is helpful in my progress and in my understanding of OCD.
R.O.
Learning to see the OCD and notice triggers. Purposeful exposures have been helpful. A weakness is lack of sleep and fatigue which can exacerbate the OCD. However, when I get good rest and use the tools I am seeing progress.
R.O.
I like the flow of our sessions. I don’t feel rushed. This is a huge part of my life. Over 35 years and I am finally seeing small changes which is great. Hope is good.
R.O.
Vic was helpful. I felt comfortable talking with him. Look forward to working together to help reduce the OCD and anxiety issues.
