About

My career started working part-time at a nursing home as a college student, listening to patients and shadowing social workers. Helping others was a natural fit, and has led to a long career guiding people on their road to recovery. I’m here to help you reach your goal of overcoming your OCD. Using ERP, I’ll show you how to not rely on compulsions while learning how to live with uncertainty and without obsessing over intrusive thoughts. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to recovery, making sure you take the proper steps that lead you to your goals. Our time is your time, where you’ll be doing all the work with me as a trusted guide. I’ve seen and heard it all, so whatever battles you’ve had with OCD, I’ll be there to provide you with the tools that overcome them.

There are not enough positive words to say about Vic. He met us at our lowest, the time we thought there would never be a light at the end of the tunnel. Vic worked with my daughter in a way no one else ever could. He has been so kind, attentive, and yet stern on the process that the light at the end is coming through. I cannot thank Vic enough for everything he has done for our family in navigating my daughter through this journey. I highly recommend him to anyone !!!

Vic is great. He brings a lot to the table in experience, compassion and suggestions. I always feel like he's really listening to me. We've only been working together a short time, but he had already helped me move some of my needles enough that things are improving a lot.

Vic is always positive, encouraging and stays on top of my OCD concerns. He follows up with questions about strategies that I am using to lessen the OCD. He challenges me as well by asking pertinent questions about my OCD and ensures that I am following up on my plans. Great session!

Learning strategies that are reducing some stress and learning that OCD tries to steal what you love. That is very frustrating and sad. However, it is possible to work through it with ERP practice and support from Vic and good friends.

Learning to see the OCD and notice triggers. Purposeful exposures have been helpful. A weakness is lack of sleep and fatigue which can exacerbate the OCD. However, when I get good rest and use the tools I am seeing progress.
