As a therapist, I'm really collaborative and like to use humor a lot. Whatever you bring, I'll start where you are and go from there, having as much fun as possible. Therapy will stress you out and make you do things you don't want to do, but also we can have some fun in that too. Outside of work, most of my life is spent chasing an 11-month-old around and saying 'No, don't eat that!' I love to extreme-coupon and save money. It's one of my favorite things to do.
It's super-rewarding to see how quickly changes can happen in therapy, and watching people grow. People just have so much hopelessness, and within months they have a whole new outlook on life. That is beautiful.
NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
