Download the NOCD app
Message your therapist and NOCD Member Advocates, create your profile, access forms, and use all of your therapy tools in one place by setting up your account on the NOCD app.
Download the Zoom app
NOCD virtual sessions take place on the Zoom app, allowing you to easily participate in virtual appointments from the comfort of your own home—or whatever private location you choose.
Sign your consent forms
These required forms are located in your Task list and confirm that you're signing up for virtual treatment with NOCD
Upload your insurance card
Once you upload the insurance card you wish to use for your therapy, we'll verify your coverage, typically within two business days. The sooner you upload your card, the more we can do to verify eligibility before your first session.
Bring your identification
You'll need a valid photo ID with you during your first session to show your therapist. They will also confirm your current physical location.
