As a therapist, I am always person centered. I will encourage and empower you to take the lead and let me know what role I need to play in each session. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, gardening, and swimming in the ocean.Read more

Although our emotions and thoughts affect our behaviors, it's equally important to understand that our behaviors also influence our thoughts and emotions. So that's where I usually work from: A focus on ceasing ineffective behaviors and/or strengthening existing effective ones. Outside of work, I have two dogs that keep me pretty busy; I love hanging out with them and going for walks. I enjoy playing racquetball at least once per week. I also love traveling, and that's why I decided to provide online therapy.Read more
