Experience in treating OCD: I have been treating people with OCD, OC Spectrum, Anxiety Disorders and Eating Disorders for 18 years. I went to UWM for my grad school degree where I began working with CBT. I then worked at Rogers Behavioral Health for part of those 18 years where I served with and under many pioneers in ERP and OCD. I gained a lot of training and education in ERP, CBT and other related therapies to treat the areas I have labeled in my profile. I have been treating and doing the same in the outpatient setting the last 12 years.

About: I pride myself on working to treat a lot of areas related to anxiety, OCD, OC Spectrum, and eating issues. With the use of ERP, CBT, HRT and ACT. I bring a lot of experience and have worked with many people over the last 18 years who have been able to overcome their OCD, anxiety, or related issues. It is not easy work, but it is possible to move away from the anxiety and back into your life.
