Experience in treating OCD: I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.I have been practicing psychology for over a decade.Both my graduate training and clinical experience includes providing ERP to those with OCD and OCD related disorders.I have taken multiple workshops on ERP throughout my career and have received direct supervision and training from another psychologist who is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board. My training and clinical experience involves working with a wide variety of OCD themes and subtypes. Diversity Statement: I serve a significant population clients from diverse cultural backgrounds; my services have a cultural focus that may be overlooked or minimized in conventional administrations of ERP. Cultural competency has always been integrated into my training and clinical practice.My internship was focused on multicultural competence, I have taught a college course on cultural psychology. I also have created and implemented multiple trainings and workshops on cultural competency, including one on diagnostic and treatment considerations pertaining to OCD and African-Americans.
