My passion is encouraging others to push themselves to live their best lives. I love being with people while they overcome what they thought they never could.

I live with an anxiety disorder myself, so when I found out about NOCD, I knew I had to be a part of the mission.

I love working with people with anxiety disorders. I get it, personally!
